Initiate Your Request
Log into your VictoryStore account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached back into the original shipping box or a secure equivalent.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
